Hi and welcome to my page. My name is Andrea and I am a Jay Shetty Certified Confidence Life Coach. Life led me here after my own trials and tribulations. I have been down some rough roads to say the least and once I became a Mom life really hit me in the hardest way possible. I wasn't happy with my life or with myself. I felt like I had no idea who was living inside my body. I felt so disconnected with myself. After my last embarrassing and shameful night (which I've had many in my past unfortunately due not knowing how to control or manage my emotions properly) I finally had enough. Clearly something was wrong and had been for many years. I always thought I could control this or figure this out on my own but I couldn't. I needed direction and needed to hold myself accountable for the change I wanted/desired. I was desperate for change and willing to try anything and become as vulnerable as need be. Through a lot of self-work and new practices, I finally connected with my true self. I finally understood all my emotions and behaviors and made peace with my past and myself. My mindset completely shifted in ALL aspects of my life. Ever since that transformation life has been so eye-opening and honestly, life feels so simple in the best way possible. I see things so clearly, I feel extremely attuned with myself like never before. Such a freeing, magical, and inspirational feeling. I see myself as complete, whole, and resourceful. I am living to be my truest, authentic self, with nothing but good, pure, and positive intentions. I make decisions so easily now based on my morals, values and beliefs. I have amazing confidence in myself. I now know and feel my value, my worth, and my purpose. I truly, wholeheartedly believe that the sky is limitless and will chase all my dreams and goals. It all starts with YOU and all things are possible.
